My room included a smart tv. It was nice. the porter, lucko, was very helpful and friendly. He was amazing!!! gym access at a sister hotel provided good workout options. i loved the beautiful views of table mountain and the ocean. So romantic!!!
The breakfast menu could improve. I stayed five days, and it became repetitive.

the room was clean , and the bed was acceptable.
the staff were not all that friendly , and i found this to be a significant problem. there was no hairdryer in the room , a standard amenity i expect in hotels of this caliber. the air conditioning also did not function at its best , .

the room was comfortable and clean. everything was in perfect working order. i was completely happy with my stay! the staff was friendly. i always received quick assistance! reception staff was friendly and the service was really good.

the hotel has good air circulation. this is particularly important, considering the need for fresh air. good air quality definitely improves the overall comfort of staying at this hotel.

The executive suite i booked was spacious and comfortable. the room had beautiful decor, and i could see that what was advertised online was accurate. The amenities in the suite were in good working condition.
